To Whomever at FTC, As a XanGo Distributor who is deaf working with deaf distributors, the Proposed 'FTC Business Opportunity Rule' would be extremely cumbersome to an already highly challenged individual. On this same thought, you folks NEED to ask yourself honestly, will the proposed rules make it easier for the deaf distributor? NO! Why? It would increase the burdens until it overwhelms the deaf distributor and just kill the 'Free Enterprise Spirit' of which that deaf distributor holds so dearly. Also, have you folks at the FTC office seriously considered the serious impact and / or detrimental effect upon deaf and hearing impaired individuls already overburdened with totally inadequate telecommunications modes who must communicate via TTY /TDD which is VERY SLOW and cumbersome to type a question or submit orders. It would be obvious that the Proposed 'FTC Business Opportunity Rule' would severley infringe & NOT comply with the Americans Disability Act for individuls already overburdened with inadequate telecommunications modes. The Proposed 'FTC Business Opportunity Rule' would make it nearly if not totally impossible to perform my distributorship duties. Coupled with being encumbered with more proposed rules which would truly CRUSh or KILL my enthusiasm and the end result, the FTC would be only to blame for Killing the work of an honest deaf XanGo distributor! Please for the sake of the Hard working deaf XanGo distributors who already face life's severe hardships through no fault of their own, yet the Proposed 'FTC Business Opportunity Rule' would be as sure as if we deaf Distributors are being punished for being deaf and for being honest in ALL our business opportunities with prospective deaf clients. Again, please for the sake of the deaf distributors, I implore with all my heart that the Proposed 'FTC Business Opportunity Rule' be NOT implemented, but rather scrapped and to allow the great American Free Enterprise System take it's course throught the hard & honest working deaf XanGo distributors!
