Comments:
I have been an Independent Business Owner with the Quixtar opportunity since its inception in 1999, and am proud to be associated with such an upstanding organization. We have seen many lives changed for the better, both financially and otherwise, in that time frame, and plan to continue building business to benefit many others. Never is there a "rush to register" someone. We have been taught to provide sufficient information to all prospects, and want to be sure they understand that they will need to do the work to make the money. This is not welfare - it is a business opportunity in its purest form: you get paid to create business volume for hundreds of major companies. We provide this information prior to registration, not because we have to, but because we build our business with the highest integrity and honesty. To be forced by your proposed ruling to have a 7 day wait or to be required to provide references and negative information about past lawsuits (most of which were found to be without merit), would serve only to automatically shed a negative light on our business to those same people that could have been benefitted by their association with our business. We appreciate your efforts to eliminate scams and schemes, but please do not place a negative light on legitimate business opportunities in your attempts to do this. Thank you for your consideration of my viewpoint. Dorene S. Young IBO #1529147
