I have been an IBO for 7 years. The Quixtar Business fits into my life perfectly. The association with Quixtar and WWDB IBO's has made an extremely positive impact on my life. When I registered as an IBO the information that I received was more than enough for me. Now when I register an IBO, not only do they get the same information but they receive a list of web sites to research. We are always very clear on the fact that it takes hard work. The cost to register is about $150.00. That price includes a one year subscription to monthly magazines and a product pack that's worth about $60.00. If the IBO chooses to leave the business they can get a refund on the product pack and cancel the magazines. I think that if a prospect had to wait 7 days to register it causes procrastination to set in. It would be better to allow them to get the money back if they changed their mind after registering. Giving a list of 10 IBO's to the prospect does not really help the prospect. They can make an informed decision with the information that we give them now. You can't base your business on another person's experience. You also would risk another IBO signing up your prospect. The prospect has plenty of oportunity to meet other IBO's at meetings when the business is shown. They can ask questions and here experiences. We explain arbitration when registering a new IBO but I would not want to give a list of lawsuits or legal claims to the prospects. It sets a negative tone and does nothing to help them build a business. It would be like asking for all lawsuits and legal claims against all employees at my Dentist's office before letting them work on my teeth. I believe that disclosures should be simple and easy to understand, such as monthly gross incomes for IBOs. My personal finances for business income should not have to be shown to the prospect. When I show the business I am showing the income potential for that prospect, not how much I make.Thank you for your time!
