Federal Trade Commission Office of the Secretary Washington, DC RE: Business Opportunity Rule 511993 To whom this may concern: I am an Independent business rep for several home based opportunities that are legitimate businesses and will be feeding my family for years to come. That is if this rule is turned down. This wide net you are casting over the entire industry is going to create problems for thousands of people like me who want to be involved with mlm marketing opportunities. It is up to us to research the companies we deal with and should not be governed by this proposed law. I am sure you are aware that thousands of people like me will need to look for work if the companies we currently deal with are forced to change because of this rule. Please reverse direction with this. It is far to constraining to the legitimate mlm businesses that I deal with. Thank you for your time and consideration, Todd Brayton
