Hello, My wife and I are Quixtar IBO's and we want to express our concerns about these newly proposed rules. I will keep this brief as I'm sure you will have many responses such as these. First, I am all for rules that protects people from illegitimate businesses. However, I think it is equally, if not more important not to impose rules that restricts the good legitimate business while trying to control the bad. I think the 7 day waiting period (or any waiting period), listing past litigation and financial records is quite extreme. We are not dealing with children, people don't need aid from the government to control when they can or cannot make a decision about entering into a business relationship. I don't know of any other business venture that has such a requirement. I consider myself a person of high integrity and character and would not involve myself in a business that dupes people in any way. My wife and I have been IBO's now for over a year and have been very impressed with the professionalism in which this business operates.
