I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule because I believe that in it's current form, it could prevent me from running a successful business as an Independent Consultant with Tastefully Simple. I recognize that you are trying to protect people from unfair and deceptive acts but some of the portions in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to not only sell Tastefully Simple products but also to help others in starting their own Tastefully Simple businesses. My Tastefully Simple business has been one of the best things to happen to my family. It provides us with much needed extra income (more each month, in fact) and I throughly enjoy it. Tastefully Simple has always been very upfront about what we can expect from our businesses as has my sponsor and I have NEVER felt mislead about any aspect of the business. Thank you.
