Dear Sirs I am an Independent Business Owner with the Quixtar Corporation. Through this business opportunity I hope to finance our work in foreign missions. I have thoroughly researched this company before and since becoming a business owner. The FTC is proposing new legislation that concerns me. I am thankful that the FTC is searching for ways to protect those who are cheated by fraudulent companies. I agree there is a need for all companies to provide adequate information to all new prospects. But I am concerned about the income disclosures and references needed to seek prospects. These parts of the proposal have a good intent but I fear they may only cripple the legitimate business owners and not really impact the fraudulent ones. It is easy enough to provide false references and income statements. If a company is fraudulent, would they not simply forge documents to meet these requirements? As an adult and as a business owner, I feel it is my responsibility to inform and educate myself on any business proposal that I may come across. If I have been cheated by someone it is usually out of my own ignorance or bad judgment. As a business owner, I appreciate the FTC for its work in monitoring business activity. It is my hope that the FTC will continue with this proposal but with further consideration to the legitmate companies who truly offer a business opportunity that offers success and integrity to its clients. That the proposal will help these legitimate companies to grow and prosper and only punish those who seek to take advantage of the american people. Thank you for you time. Sincerely, Suzanne Taglialatela President JiSu Enterprises
