Please read the attached letter regarding the proposed Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. I believe this rule will have unintended repercussions of discouraging investment in small business opportunities, will create obstacles to existing small business owner's ability to grow their business, and will create an administrative burden that will further reduce the viability and attractiveness of these opportunities. I appreciate the FTC's need to protect customers and I hope my letter will encourage you to look for alternative solutions. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Carolyn McDonald
