To Whom It May Concern: I am writing in response to the Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. We have a privacy act here in the United States for a REASON. This new rule goes completely against that privacy act. To enforce disclosure of members to a new prospect is totally out of line. If passed, this new rule will also severely cut business for me and many others. In essence, I would have to inform my new prospects that their "PERSONAL" information will be disclosed to others (without their knowledge). Do you really think that the person would even consider the opportunity that I am offering them? I am not a MLM opportunity. I am a legitimate company, trying to make a living. Please consider ALL the ramifications of this new law before acting on it. Sincerely, Robert S. Brozoski
