This letter is in response to the proposals that would limit my ability to sponsor IBOs into the Quixtar Business. The proposed 7 day waiting period limits people when the have all the information concerning the Business Plan and want to begin their business. Putting this limitation puts a halt to expansion and business ownership. Also divulging a person's income from this business is a private matter. The facts about the income potential is presented in the Plan and I for one am honest and state that everyone has the opportunity to make money when they follow the plan and buy from themselves and teach others to do so too. As far as informing the interested persons about all the litigation and claims agains Quixtar is ludicrous. I am a RN and I have worked in my profession for many years. Never did I approach a physician and demand to see all the malpractice suits and claims that had been formed against him/her. All these stipulations just make it more difficult for me to build a successful business. If I have to always have to defend this business then I am not in the creative mode but I am now in the management mode and then I stagnate. Please reconsider these proposals for all the IBOs that are working hard and have had success with this business. For me this is the best opportunity to be able to have choices for my career. Thank you, Faye Knochenmus
