Comments:
I feel unfairly treated by 16 CFR Part 437. Do other commissioned salespeople get access to all of this personal information on the people and companies who hire them? Why don't you do your job by evaluating individual companies and declaring them legitimate or not, rather than by taking away potential money-making opportunities from people who will otherwise have only social security (or what's left of it) to retire. Already, people have the freedom to join or not, to drop out of not, to make money or not. It is YOUR responsibility to get the scams out of the business, not to close down all businesses. Your intentions may be honorable, but the action you propose is misguided and uninformed. Government interference drove me out of my last business (psychology) because it took away my earnings. Now you are planning to do the same. What is going to happen when there are none of us 'workers' left to pay all of your government salaries?? Please reconsider and kill 16 CFR Part 437. Thank you. Dr. Bishop
