To Whom it may Concern, Your proposed regulations are disturbing to me in the extreme. It would seem as though you are conspiring to eliminate the Entreprenurial Spirit that has been the backbone of this country, a country that I so firmly believe in that I spent Twenty Years of my life fighting for and defending in the Navy! How dare you try to remove MY rights under the guise of protecting me while giving away my personal information to strangers. How can you penalize me and others like me for NOT doing anything wrong. In the meantime, the perpetrators you want to stop and do not give a damn about your regulations, will continue to do as they are doing now. This is the same sort of wrong headed thinking that wants to take away all guns from the American people so that only the criminals will have them. It doesen't work there and it will not work here! When you are ready to REALLY do something, how about asking those that are honest MLMers how they would go about policing the scammers, you might then get some REAL insight on hopw to eliminate some of the bad guys. When are you ever going to learn you can not legislate moral and ethical behavior.
