I oppose the FTC's involvement in Direct Marketing. After researching an internet business opportunity for over 2 years, I finally found a company that provides a good product and fair compensation plan. I wanted to start my own business in preparation for retirement. Like most Americans, my social security and what I have managed to save is just not going to be enough. If selling vitamins, to those who would use them anyway, warrants such strict government regulations, then I guess I give up. I'll just do what so many already do, I will go on welfare. The FTC will also be putting Avon, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Tupperware, and the rest right out of business. Come on guys......there has got to be a better way to police for the scam artists. Let the true, honest American Entrepreneurs have the opportunity to make a little extra money. PLEASE.
