I appreciate the FTC and the mission to help the consumer.... In my 25 years of direct selling it has contributed to me and and lots of friends... The seven day waiting period will cast a negative light on the direct selling plan in record keeping, unnecessary delays and just impractical... I believe that the "Business Opportunity Rule" , R511993, will touched our XanGo Business in a way that would hurt our business... As America is in across roads, and our liberty is in question, I feel that the FTC really needs to look at what is happening... Thanks you for your time in this matter.. Respecfully, Philip W. Mobley
