I am writing in regard to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I know that you are trying to protect the public from unfair and deceptive practices; however, I believe that in its present form, it could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Tastefully Simple products. I strongly believe that the waiting period for purchasing our business opportunity kit gives people the perception that there is something to be worried about. Our kit is only $170 and contains products that they could use if their business fail. Tastefully Simple has been instrumental in the financial success of my family and I would like the opportunity to continue sharing with others about the business without burdensome paperwork and waiting periods.
