It is not fair to cripple an industry overall because you are trying to restrain a few companies. These regulations are not the solution to the problems that they are trying to address in MLM. This is a proposal that is not only bad for MLM business - it is bad for America. Not just the fact that I don't want the government messing with my business - when these changes will not help anyone who they are proclaiming to protect, and will hurt Millions of tax paying small business owners all over America. I would not want this requirement applied to ANY business I am involved with, and I am involved with many more than MLM. Would this level of warning and requirement apply to ALL small businesses - as it is unfair to only require MLM businesses to do this - you should be warning ALL consumers from ALL businesses that they could have a problem with ANY company. We already have mechanisms in place in this country to deal with companies that take advantage of people - the BBB, the law, consumer choice, consumer forums, and too many other ways to list here, about other ways to deal with the companies that cause these problems.
