I have reviewed your proposal abour regulating the MLM industry, I can appreciate your desire to protect the public from fraudulent and deceptive people. But in all my fifty odd years of being an entrepreneur. I have never read such asanine suggetions. Would you like people you don't know calling you to ask you questions? Do you have any idea what unncessary paper work is involved. When does your intrusion stops? Any business one enters into have risks. As a prudent and good business person, that is why you need to do due diligence. And who are you to determine what I need to do to evaluate a business? Are people so gullable that they need the government to make up their minds and tell them what they need to do? Don't they have the ability to evaluate and make decisions for themselves? The FTC is beginning to intrude in areas they have no business getting into. I think you have nothing to do so you try to create something to justify your existence. Talk abour being dictatorial, What were you people thinking about when you decided to make such a proposal. I am so upset that words fail to express my anger. We were all born with the constitutional and God given right to make decisions for ourselves. And I resent ANYONE who tries to take that right away from me.
