This sudden change of rule is truly uncalled for. There might be fraudulent companies and people but there are also genuine ones. How are the truthful ones going to work in such an environment proposed by you. There are already hundreds and thousands of people whose livelihood depends only on network marketing and that includes housewives, unemployed people and others who desperately need and cannot find a job and cannot set up a business due to financial constraints. This mode of business is the only one which allows one to set up a livelihood with the least amount of capital and overheads. I sincerely hope the points stated above will be weighed with caution before enforcing this critical legislation.
