Please, Please reconsider and do NOT allow proposed rule 16 CFR Part 4370 to be passed!! I do not want my personal information to be distributed to just any prospect!! Among all the other outrageous requirements we would be required to provide. People NEED to think for themselves; sometimes mistakes come with the territory. I'm trying to make a decent living on my own and there is no way I could even afford to comply with this ruling. Thank you for all you do, but please drop this one,OK? Connie Boltz
