We have been an IBO with Quixtar & its predecessor for 18 years. We have achieved Platinum level with our goal Diamond & beyond. The information provided by our sponsor was presented in a way that could be readily duplicated. They also gave us information showing how with diligent work we could achieve steady growth. Legitimate opportunity & delay do not mix. With today's busy lifestyle, high speed technology & satisfying results available, if effort is applied correctly, a waiting period or delay would not support the opportunity. Delays most often cause unnecessary & unfair expenses. Any prospects would suffer the same loss described above. Since a money back guarantee is provided, if not satisfied, the prospect would incur no expense. The seven day waiting period would delay information necessary for success that is available for legitimate opportunities. Providing a list of references would infringe on the privacy of all on the list as well as our own privacy in having to divulge such information. A reference list interferes with each IBO & penalizes his efforts by giving unnecessary information. There is no way that providing all litigation that might apply can be defined, particularly when the meaning of "seller" cannot be specifically identified. It could provide damaging alleged false accusations about legitimate businesses. We share the income potential with no guarantees as presented in the SA4400. Any additional detail for the prospect would not take the prospects' effort into account. It is impossible to make specific disclosure because we don't know what examples the prospect will choose to develop, as they experience the results of their effort. There are many ways to create income as an entrepreneur. We present the parameters that allow them to attain their choice of income level. These parameters & income can influence their life style as they choose. Offering any financial records would be totally inappropriate because of invasion of privacy, since all businesses can be operated differently. All results, all efforts & accomplishments are defined by the individual. IBOs need to possess backup for their business. Private information should only be disclosed when legally required under any investigation. Our business provides positive association & mentorship. This gives many opportunities for prospects to meet other prospects & other IBOs. Legitimate businesses & direct selling opportunities continue to make this a great democracy with an unlimited potential.
