Comments:
I find that your proposed rules are discriminatory against our industry. Does a doctor, who is in charge of your health HAVE to disclose to you if he's been sued without you asking? Does a school, who's charged with your kids educaction HAVE to disclose how many students flunk without you even asking? I also feel you are taking personal responsibility away from people who are looking for business opportunities. I, personally, have been "scammed", and I took personal responsibilty for it. I began to read extensively to find out what busines model would be best for me. When I joined Nutronix, I didn't join over what my sponsor was making, I didn't even ask. I joined over the POTENTIAL. I took personal responsibilty and studied the compensation plan, distribution model, and more. I researched the company and it's founder's on my own. I think your time would be better spent investigating obvious scams that are everywhere from companies like Enron to Newspaper Classified ads making outrageous claims than at trying to make an entire industry that offers people a legit opportunity sound like they have something to hide. You can also start a public awareness campaign to make people more aware of scams. The saddest thing is that your rules would squash the honest people, yet do nothing to stop the dishonest. Sincerely, Vera Ruiz
