This is a most rediculous document to even consider. The legitimate and honest marketer will virtually be out of business and the crooks will welcome it and so will flourish. There will be less of the honest marketers, so the fly-by-nighters will have a real party. We all know when more rules are passed to control the honest citizens of any country, the "bad guys" always ignore the rules. This new ruling must be for 1 of 2 reasons; more control over the citizens as seems to be the practice of the present administration, or to favor the pharmaceutical companies.
