This Law will only hurt the honest. The crooks and thieves will be the ones still getting around. There are people that are hurt and can’t work, don’t have means of transportation, are disable, May have a disability were this type of work is bout all they can do. Please reconsider this law and do some more research before you act on it. Thank You Larry Pensky
