As an independent consultant for Nikken, I oppose the proposed rules due to the potential harm to my own business. The intent for a paperless society is negated here and in excess. I have been using the Nikken products 8 yrs and have done things for me as well as friends that the medical profession could not ,also done without high insurances. This business has allowed me to supplement what would otherwise be almost non existant SSI fund, to allow me to maintain a quality of life at least over the poverty level, with the potential that has not been afforded to me over the last 20 yrs! I strongly urge you to recind this proposal as it will effect millions of people who are embracing as well as major fortune 500 companies this business of Network marketing and direct sales ventures.
