This rule is ridiculous!! All that this will accomplish is to make it alot more difficult and costly for MLM Companies and their distributors to conduct their businesses. The honest and reputable companies will suffer trying to comply with this nonsense and the fly-by-night, rip-off companies won't be affected at all because they won't comply to the rule anyway!! Please don't pass this rule, it would be a terrible blow to our free enterprise, successful, MLM businesses.
