We have been in business since 1975. I have seen hundreds of traditional business's start up only to fail. The dreams of these failed attemps could have been very high, very conservative or very low. The reality is business failure comes from lack of application of business sense and a poor marketing plan. Business must use a good marketing plan to grow and be profitable. All advertizing promotes the possibilities and the benifiets in the most attractive light. No advertizers are expected to promote the negatives within their advertizing. Traditional business is not forced to disclose all the negative points or events about their product or service but allowed to highlite benifiets and have their business promotions backed by multi million dollar budgets. Where are we going with our freedom of choice and what is wrong with having and sharing dreams when they are often the reality. Not every one is a winner but it is not up to the government to legistate in such a manner that no one can try to be or will ever be a winner. God gave us all a brain and free choice...let us all use it. When we develop traditional business to the position of fame and fortune and thousands of others are struggling to carve out a living, no legistation is implimented so that the fortunate few are reduced to failure. That would be foolishness and so are these proposed laws aimed at network marketing. Thank you for listening.
