Dear Sir, I was recently introduced to the business opportunity provided by Xango. As a single mother with only a high school education, no work or trade experience, and no real business skills to speak of, I now have the opportunity to build a business of my own! Next week I will sign up my very first distributor. Since becoming a distributor, I have learned new skills in communication and business administration that I never would have pursued on my own. If it wasn't for the chance to build my own business at home, at my own pace and with absolutely no risk, I couldn't do it. This business opportunity has given me the chance to gain skills that I can use for the rest of my life. It has also given me the chance to become financially free if I work hard and never give up, instead of relying on State and County assistance as I have in the past. Since I have such limited time each day, I have started my business on a part-time basis. If this ruling is implemented, I will no longer be able to handle the administrative duties related to keeping up with the disclosure requirements. This will cause me to close my business. Please understand that this business has given me a little bit of hope in improving my life and the life of my 4 year old daughter. I can finally hope for a life beyond a minimum wage manual job and food stamps. I can finally see the hope for living the american dream of having a house of my own. I urge a no vote for this ruling. Thank you, Andrea Pendleton
