We have been involved in the Quixtar Business for over 12 years and have found it to be the finest business in the world for creating an "on-going" income. The association with other Independent Business Owners has always been one of the most positive things in our lives. Our background was in upper management in the corporate world for a good part of our lives. We then owned and operated two other business simultaneously after leaving the corporate world. We found there was no mentorship in the previous two business fields but only a "dog eat dog" world. In the Quixtar Business we found everybody willing to help each other achieve their dreams. The business is structured in a way where the newest person can achieve a higher income than those who sponsored them, in fact, it is even to the sponsor's benefit to help the newest person. In our case, we have a number of IBO's who have a greater income than ours. This helps create the residual income. As a plus, we represent many, many fine products that have a money back guarantee at reduced prices. *SEVEN DAY WAITING PERIOD Our business is a "money back" start up business and does not need a waiting period. Personally when got started, if we had been required to wait 7 days, we would not have gotten started and would have missed this wonderful business. *LIST OF REFERENCES OF 10 ADDITIONAL IBO'S Most IBO's in the area are not personally known. Providing a list would infringe on the privacy of other IBO's and would encourage any other IBO's to register the prospect themselves. The support system encourages meeting other successful businesses at functions. *DISCLOSURES OF LITIGATIONS This rule encourages "bathroom wall" mentality from any person who has not put in the work to build their business. Many such disclosures can be found on the internet regarding every business in America. This serves no purpose as to the merit of the Quixtar Business as most allegations have never proved to be true. *INCOME DISCLOSURES Quixtar.com insists that any business plan shown with income levels discussed, the prospect must be provided with a form called the SA4400 which shows examples how the business works and how income levels can be reached by example. This has been approved by the Federal Trade Commission. We were given this form when we were first shown the opportunity and have continued to do the same over the years. *PROVIDING PERSONAL DOCUMENTS OF INCOME You and I do not do this in our personal life, why would we do this in our business? The income level attained is subject to how big their dream is and how hard the prospect wants to work. It is not a get rich scheme, but requires effort. Over these 12 years we have been able to generate a modest 2nd income that can be left to our family should something happen to us. We have run across many schemes that seem to be shams and wonder why they have not been put out of business. Quixtar is a product based people business. I would hope the FTC would spend more efforts in shutting down, with what is already on the books, rather than creating more regulations that can't be enforced. What is already on the books is being complied by the companies of integrity such as Quixtar. We don't need any more regulations, we need enforcement of what already stands.
