These new rules would punish all MLM businesses for the transgressions of a few. In addition it would violate the privacy of all the participants. There are opportunities that aren’t get rich schemes, who don’t make promises that they can’t keep. Wouldn’t it be better to educate the consumer so that they know what questions to ask and what to look for, so that they can avoid being scammed. It is really a matter of common sense! Anything that looks too good to be true, isn’t!
