If you want this to happen here, then I would have to demand that it happen at my local grocery store, my Wal-Mart, my Home Depot, the city bus driver, any police officer who wants to pull me over, a meter maid would need to give me 7 days before writing the ticket. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO PROTECT THE CONSUMERS: Then take it all the way.
