Now you have to include Costco, BJ's, Sams Price Club.MLM Companies are buying clubs. Now Doctors and Physicians fall into your category as they receive rebates and incentive from pharmaceutical companies. The rule you are proposeing could lead to EVERY business out there. And when sales plummet, explain how it happened to YOUR superiors with your rule (16 CFR Part 4370). Look before you leap. Go after the criminals . Not the consumers who spend the $$$.
