I am involved now for 6 months in a networkmarketing business and it is absolutely above board and fantastic. The proposed rule changes will completely squash my efforts to provide my family with the extra income it provides. Which by the way is great for the economy. I agree there are many "bad" MLM companies out there. Don't throw the baby a out with the bath water. Find the "bad" ones and close them down. Leave the good ones alone. We build based on truth and trust. This proposal will only supress our growth to a full stop. No one will want to consider being entrepreneurial after all the negative info is disclosed......... oh and by the way, negative info is derived from negative people...... people with little or no hope.......it comes from the ones who have failed because of a bad attitude and then they try to blame someone else for their failure...........
