Please consider revising or dropping the proposed Business Opportunity Rule. I beleive it would only do irreparable damage to reputable companies and distributors who are doing their best to offer legitimate opportunities to business-minded people. I think there are already easily accessible ways for consumers to detect fraudulent companies before they invest in them. All it takes is a quick seach on the internet to find good or bad information about the company they are considering. This proposed rule is simply unnecessary!
