I joined this business in Nov. 2005, I heard about it from my sister and I hope to someday, in the near future, be able to stop working 40 hrs per week and live on my Xango income. Because it is a residual income it takes time to start making enough money to replace working. Before people sign up in Xango they are able to do plenty of research and even have the option of calling customer service to speak with them just to make sure the company is not a scam. However, I feel that this 7 day waiting period would definitely deter a lot of people from joining. Making people wait 7 days before they can join might just make them think that there is a problem with the company and change their minds. That is not fair to all the companies that are legitimate and not scams. If you want to really protect the small business owners maybe you should pass a law that says anyone trying to get into a work at home business is given a customer service phone number, and that within 24-48 hrs the person should hear from someone at that number giving explicite details about how legitimate the company is. Thank You for your time. Laureen Archer
