Re: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing this letter because I am opposed to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. I believe that in its present form this regulation could have a negative impact upon me as I work in the direct selling industry as an independent Isagenix Associate. I believe the seven day waiting period would have a negative impact on on my sales, and put our company's products in a negative light. Potential consumers might have a distrust of the company and our products if you enforce such a regulation. While as a consumer, I appreciate the FTC protecting consumer's rights, I believe this can be achieved without hindering small business owners.
