Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing to offer you my insight on direct sales with lia sophia jewelry, and to share my fear of the direct impact your proposal concerning the future of direct sales would have. Please, take the short time to read my view on the proposal. I became a lia sophia advisor in April of this year, and find that the company has been a true blessing in my life. During my short time with lia sophia I have gained not only financially, but also elevated my life in many other areas. Before joining lia sophia I had performed extensive researched on the company background and its general terms and conditions regarding new recruits. With no prior experience in direct sales, I was hesitent to bind myself to strict requirements. However, the more I learned about the company, the more impressed I became with its clear and simple structure. In the end, the two main reasons why I decided to become a lia sophia advisor was the simple, hassle-free sign-up procedure, and the opportunity for instant advancement. The proposal that is being considered, would alter the entire concept of direct selling, and undoubtably become a major deterrent for new recruits. In this three month time since my sign-up, I am proud to say that I have already advanced from advisor to unit manager. I currently have seven advisors in my personal unit and reap the benefits of lia sophia's wonderful management program. This rapid advancement could not have taken place had the process been more complicated as you are now suggesting. The concept lia sophia is based on is the very essence of opportunity. This very idea is now being treatened by your proposal. I see nothing but a negative result if the proposed change was to take place. It would limit my ability for advancement, and clearly work against growth and expansion of the entire field. Lia sophia, many direct sales companies alike, has given thousands of women throughout the nation, the opportunity to build a solid future for themselves. With the current procedures, the career goals are very easily attainable and available to all, making the lia sophia opportunity attractive even to individuals with low education levels. I beg you not to take this wonderful opportunity away. There is no need for the proposed action. Please, consider the terrifying affect it will have on the lives of so many Americans whom have worked hard and built a career in direct sales. The new regulations would also stall the growth of our business, and deprive interested parties of the very opportunity which our business is based on. Please, do not let this happen. Respectfylly, Kaisa Nalewajko lis sophia Advisor and Unit Manager Email:
