RE: Business Opportunity Rule R511993 To whom it may concern; I am a independent distributor for XANGO tm LLC. My feelings are that some of the proposed changes destroy the business that I am working very hard at.Myself and everyone else included! (1) The seven day waiting period. (2) Proposal rule that requires the disclosure of a minimum of 10 prior purchasers nearest to the prospective purchaser. (3) Sharing names and addresses of existing distibutors with a prospect. Xangotm LLC is a honest and fair company and they stand behind all of the rules! I truley believe that the proposed changes would destroy my business and future opportunity. Sincerely; Tony Earl
