To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter because I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity rule R511993. I believe in its presented form, it would prevent the business I am starting as a Xango Independent Distributor and would destroy my chances of being able to make a go of this business opportunity. This is the first time I have become involved in a network marketing company. I always thought most were scams to which only a few at the top made any money. But as I have looked into this more, I see that even us little guys have a great chance of making a decent living with this business. I may never make "Big Money", but I do know that with the product and the pay plan of this company and the integrity of all the people involved at corporate, I know that I have a chance of providing for my family with this business. I see a future with this business and it only cost me $35 to become a member. That $35 can turn into whatever I want to make of it only if you do not make the paperwork so hard that someone in my shoes would never be able to do it. Please do not take this opportunity away from me as this is the best chance I have to provide for my family since I am a high school drop-out and a lot of jobs are not available to me because of that. This company provides a level playing field for anyone who wants an opportunity to make more of themselves and I truly want that chance and I NEED that chance. Go after the real scammers and not the ones that are really doing good things. Don't put all companies in the same bad boat. I know that there are more good ones than just Xango too. My aunt has sold Avon for years, my sister-in-law sells Mary Kay, my mom was involved in several companies to make extra money while I was growing up, and several of my friends are involved in some now just to make extra money.
