I think the proposed rule (16 CFR PART 4370) is completely off base. We need be able to work fairly and if this would pass it would only help the crooks that are cheating the people today. Their needs to a better way to protect the plubic and let the honest MLM workers work. The requirements are far to not rtealistic to be in effect. Thank you, Carter
