I seriously feel that your proposed new regulation via CFR Part 4370 is a direct violation of civil privacy rights and, if passed, will signal the end of legitimate network marketing, thus adversely affecting the entire US economy - since thousands upon thousands are currently gainfully employed in this highly profitable industry. I feel that the laws and regulations currently in force against scammers and illegal, fraudulent operators are sufficient to protect the consumer. - Brian Magennis
