To whom it may concern, IE: FTC Federal Law Act I am very upset with the 7 day waiting period for possible new advisors. I am struggling grandmother of 9, have a husband with a brain injury that had to retire at 57. I work full time and have a part time job with LIA SOPHIA selling/ recruiting new reps to be placed under me. It will be so harmful and hurt the possibility of me making the ends get closer together, they never meet. Senate votes against raising minimun wages but yet votes them selves a raise is why our country is in a financial hardship In fact, the very nature of this ruling is evidence that the FTC does not truly understand that the vast majority of Advisors conduct business ethically and honestly every day and that such a ruling threatens the livelihood of these individuals. Is it right that the more than 13 million independent contractors be wrongfully penalized because a very few people have the FTC to look negatively at our profession? No! Every one tries to blame president Bush but I thank our GOD every day he is in office! Please for the sake of the little people like me vote for us not against like they did for minimum wages, I pleade with you. Sincererly, Candice Frontczak
