I am commenting on the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993 as I am very concerned. In its present form I believe it could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Tastefully Simple products. I do understand that the point is to protect the public from deceptive and unfair acts or practices. However, some sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell Tastefully Simple products. It will also be difficult to help others start their own Tastefully Simple business.
