To Whom It May Concern: I have been associated with the Quixtar Business Opportunity for the past 3 years. Through this opportunity I have been able to improve my lifestlyle/Income to allow me to live my life in a more productive manner. I was brought into the opportunity through a close friend of mine and he was at all times very professional and exact on what the opportunity consisted. I do carry this same sense of ethics and professionalism for each new prospect that I sponsor. In regards to some issues such as the Seven Day Waiting Period, I find that this would severely hamper mine and many others Businesses. It would create a spiraling affect that would one slow down growth and two be discouraging to prospects. The Litigation List is not defined enough and I feel as if it is way to Broad to be a part of any act of legislation. I find the last three main areas to be completely an infringement on Business Owner's Privacy. It would infringe if any of us had to disclose personal earnings, references, or financial substantiation. We are in business to make money not the tell a prospect how much money we make, because that can and will most likely be very different for them. Every business is different. References as well could hinder a prospect depending what the reference decides to disclose to the prospect. You cant control other actions but only your own. Sincerely, MIKE JIPPING
