Hello, I have concerns regarding the new proposed rules. I am listing some of them here. 1. Quixtar has money back policy that the prospect can use at any time to get a full refund on his starter pack. Hence the new rule to not let the new business start for 7 days does not make sense. 2. There is a lot of investment of time, money and effort involved in finding the right person to get started in my business and if i provide him with the list of 10 local business there is a chance that any one of those 10 might register him in their business. 3. Having to show the past record of all litigations would open the floodgate of frivoulous litigation. While i appreciate your efforts in keeping dishonest companies out of the market, i believe that the above proposed rules will hinder in my building a business. Thanks Gaurav Girish
