Comments:
The documentation required by this bill is overly burdensome and unreasonable. I would personally have no way to organize and distribute this type of information. The current writing would shut down my honest business. A fair disclosure and fair cancellation policy is a better option. Our organization permits a satisfaction guarantee, which is a better option. I would not violate the security of my fellow IBO's to meet a reference requirement. It is bad enough the VA has posted my personal information online. See the attached word doc file for a complete list of suggestions to keep this bill effective and fair. Thank you for your consideration.
