I have been a manager for Nature Sunshine for 11 years and the income I receive from my business with them has enabled me to retire with a liveable income. I did not become rich but I am comfortable. If your proposed Rule #R511993 goes into effect, others will not have that opportunity. I have been in different MLM plans, and all legitimate businesses police their members. Don't go after them or make it hard for them, go after the shysters and fraulent ones. Please reconsider. Thank you
