To Whom it may concern: Re: 16 CFR Part 437 I am writing to let you know that "clamping" down on network marketing will have a VERY NEGATIVE impact on very successful and brand new networkers, who a lot of depend on network marketing as they're only source of income. THIS IS A VERY LIGITIMATE BUSINESS so I can't understand why it is under fire. The largest part of business owners that want to start with a low level of startup money are network marketing companies. I am furious about your proposal for network marketing. I ask that you think very hard about your proposal. This will enable the people that "were born with a silver spoon in there mouth" to be virtually the only business owners instead of allowing the small guy a chance as network marketing now does. Please understand that if this passes you will negatively affect millions who rely on this ligitimate business as a sole source of income or a supplement income. Mr. Schultz
