I am strongly opposed to Business Opportunity Rule R511993. Please do not infringe on the rights of small business opportunity. The American Dream for so many requires the opportunity to build a network of consumers and business partners. Most Americans do not have the means to make significant financial investments or savings for their future, open and run small businesses (other than Direct Selling) or purchase lucrative corporations. However, the Direct Selling and Network Marketing business design allows middle class Americans the opportunity to work hard building a network of consumers and produce the financial means to invest for the future of our families. My family is counting on this possibility...making time, effort and relationship investments where the initial financial investment is lacking. The results of one's personal business is determined by what is put into it, the individuals skill, attitude, time, effort and circumstances (a little luck). I think this is communicated quite well through trainings, meetings, etc. It is fair. Please do not cause so many hinderances and obstacles in our businesses that there is no time or energy to engage in income producing activities.
