To whom it may concern: I have been an Independent Business Owner with Quixtar since 2000. I have recently gotten married and my husband and I are beginning to build our business together. From the very beginning when I was registered in business I was given very much substantial information regarding income earning potential, actual income earned by persons in my immediate upline, and the fact that since this is a business it will take hard work and effort on my part to make it succeed. I have never been misled in any way and have only seen the utmost of quality of information from the people in business with us. The proposed rules and regulations would significantly slow our ability to grow our businesses. I believe that the proposed rules would harm us as independent business owners who are clearly, carefully and honestly presenting a business opportunity to others. The proposed rule of being required to present to the prospective independent business owner all litigation regarding Quixtar and all IBO's would essentially make us as individuals appear to be untrustworthy by the appearance that all litigation has to do directly with us. Of course, if requested we would gladly offer such information to any prospective business owner, but being required to give this to prospects would immediately place negativity, fear and doubt in their minds without seeing all the facts of our business. The proposed rule of a 7 day waiting period would also significantly affect our business in a negative way. With Quixtar, if the new business owner is not completely satisfied they have a 100% money back guarantee so they are essentially risking nothing. We already provide immense amounts of information to our prospects in order for them to make an informed decision about owning their own independent business. If someone is clearly informed and ready to move forward to the next step I see no reason for a waiting period. Thank you for accepting my ideas. We trust that the decision will be made to encourage the growth and success of independent business owners powered by Quixtar. Sincerely, Kristin Edgins Greenville, SC
