I understand the need to protect the public from the few that take advantage of people. After several years in the industry, I believe this proposal will do much more damage than good. Most people only change when they are in a new enviroment. With the seven day waiting period, people will be allowed to return to their limiting, negitive enviroment and miss the opportunity to make a positive change. Determining 10 prior purchasers nearest to the prospective purchaser will virtualy imposable to assertain. I contact peole all over the world via a web site. I have no idea who else in their area is a Xango distributor. There are many, very good, in-expensive, home based business opportunities. This could be the best chance for someone to develope the skills and confidence to acheive their dreams. As it has done for me, by allowing me to establish my own business.
